High Park North neighborhood is bounded by Bloor Street West, Runnymede Road, Dundas Street West and the CNR/CPR railway tracks.

This residential neighborhood contains many 20th century-built semi-detached houses. The oldest houses in this neighborhood are of the Victorian, Edwardian, and Tudor style homes, decorated with stained glass windows and French doors and are mostly either 2 or 3 storey houses built with brick between the 1800-1900s. Mostly all houses in this neighborhood have fireplaces. Along the North ends of High Park, you'll find more high-rise apartments and condominiums complete with gorgeous park balcony views are found near Bloor Street on Gothic Ave, High Park Ave, and Quebec Ave.
As for transportation, High Park neighborhood contains Dundas West, Keele, and High Park TTC stations that run along the Bloor-Danforth subway line on Bloor Street
